How Do I - Find the Status of my Account

Have I completed all required steps? What is the status of my account?

Cisive's state of the art onboarding system makes it easy to identify the status of your account. Once you have logged in, a progress bar will be presented at the top of your page. As you complete your required tasks the progress bar will begin to fill until you have reached 100% completion.

If your progress bar has reached 100%, you have completed all required steps. Congratulations! 

If Cisive needs anything else from you, you will receive an email notification with a link to return to your account.

If your progress bar is less than 100%, there are still some items which require your attention. We've made it easy for you to identify the next step by creating the "Task Wizard". The Task Wizard will guide you through each step of the process. Simply log into your account and select the "Start Task Wizard" button at the top of the page. A window will be presented which will identify your next task. Simply follow the on-screen instruction until your progress bar reaches 100% complete.
